Abuse reporting guidelines
When reporting abuse, include:
- The full email headers (not just the body)
- The time and date you received the email
- The specific address the mail was sent from
- Whether you had any prior relationship with the sender
We act on every legitimate abuse report within 72 hours. Repeat offenders are terminated without refund.
